We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other popular online payment options. 

Vendors are responsible for shipping out the product as soon as possible once the payment has been cleared. Please give them 1-2 business days to ship out the product/pets. Delivery arrival with be TBD based on location and day. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its delivery status.

If you’re having trouble with your credit card, make sure the billing address matches the address on file with your credit card and/or bank. Enter the name and credit card number exactly the way you see it on the card. Before you place your order, add the CVV, a 3-digit code found on the back of your card.

Our platform allows you to directly talk with the sellers about the returns or replacements.

For example, live pets should arrive alive within 1-3 days when shipped. We work with our vendors to ensure a smooth replacement shall any live pets arrive decease upon arrival and opening box.
